Merland Park is nestled on the shores of Picton Bay just two kilometers east of the town of Picton, in Ontario. We are a resort with thirteen cottages and three motel units located on over 3 acres of beautiful trees and laneways. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and a large picture window or sliding doors overlooking beautiful Picton Bay.

Our serene surroundings offer a tranquil care-free holiday. You can spend time relaxing on your deck taking pleasure in the lovely Picton sunsets or explore the many activities nearby. Take a leisurely drive through scenic Prince Edward County, enjoy Sandbanks Provincial Park with its excellent beaches or visit the many local wineries and gourmet restaurants.

We offer a large swimming pool, playground area & sandbox, canoe, kayak and pontoon rentals, a waterfront with boat launching ramp and docking facilities. Picton Bay, which is part of the Bay of Quinte waterway, has deep clear water perfect for playing on the water and excellent for fishing! The Bay is renowned for its trophy walleye, bass, pike, sheepshead and trout.
