Wellness in Bloom, a women’s wellness movement created by physiotherapist and yoga, meditation, and breathwork teacher Catharine Tombs, is bringing its next retreat to Prince Edward County this fall.

From October 17–19, 2025, Savour the County will invite a small group of women to slow down and recharge through yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness practices, paired with farm-to-table meals and a guided wine-tasting bike tour. Set against the backdrop of autumn in PEC, the retreat blends self-care with the charm of local food, wine, and landscapes.

Rooted in community and connection, Wellness in Bloom experiences are designed to leave participants feeling grounded, nourished, and inspired. With just 12 spots available, this intimate retreat offers a chance to reconnect with yourself while enjoying the richness of the season in The County.
