Over two to three engaging hours, he’ll guide you through hand-selected wines—each with a story, a purpose, and a flavour that sparks curiosity. Expect more than just tasting notes. Freddie weaves wine into conversation, sparking laughter, learning, and maybe a little friendly debate.

Pairing is available with artisanal charcuterie or elevate the evening further by adding a private chef.
