Stillus Craft Spirits is a family-owned artisan distillery where we handcraft fine spirits in small batches. We work with highest quality ingredients sourced as close to our distillery as possible to transform them into refined products on our custom-designed copper still made in Tuscany, Italy.

In addition to classic spirits, we innovate and experiment with small batch releases, making a wide range of spirits including vodka, gin, moonshine, rum, whisky, and many more to come. So, prepare to be surprised!

Visit us for a great neat spirit or a craft cocktail, complimented by savory appetizers and sweet treats from our Stillus bistro. Come to relax on our patio overlooking a vineyard and a grain field, unwind at a bar with your favourite drink, and don’t forget to try our signature Ukrainian style pierogies!
