Built into a limestone hill, our brewery offers stunning panoramic views of The County from our taproom and patio. We are open until sunset every day in the summer.

Experience some of the best views of Prince Edward County from our limestone hill. We produce clean, balanced, easy drinking ales and lagers along with mixed-fermentation barrel aged beers from our cellar that are made with Ontario fruit. We are the only brewery to brew all our beer with 100% local malt.

Our kitchen is operated by Rebel Taco, who serves fun Tex-Mex style tacos, quesadillas, and more.
