From Barley Fields to Craft Brews

Our region’s history has its roots in beer—the ‘Barley Days’ of the late 1800s—when one-third of The County was dedicated to growing barley.

These days, we’re pairing our farm-to-table cuisine with farm-to-pint craft beers. Styles range from bitter IPAs to easy drinking saisons and strong stouts.
