Join Sommelier John Carnahan on a wine and food matchmaking journey. Rediscover the core tastes (salty, sweet, bitter, etc.) and how to identify them and then explore how they impact (and can elevate) the food and wine pairing experience. You'll have a chance to explore and discuss matches and learn what works best (and why!).

The small group interactive workshop, held in the rear lounge at Decanter PEC will include tasting several wines with small bites.
