The Commissary is Base31's new outdoor food + drink market. Every Friday and Saturday of the summer, visitors can relax to FREE live music during the Après Beach hours of 4 – 7pm, as well as daytime and late night live music programmed by JUNO Award-winning singer/songwriter Justin Rutledge.
