On Sunday June 30, Ottawa's Supply & Demand restaurant is taking over the kitchen at Slake Brewing for one day only!
Supply & Demand was once again included in Canada's 100 Best Restaurants list for 2024, and we are thrilled to have them showcase their talents in The County.
On the menu:
- Grilled Zampina Sausage with Peppers $22
- Mortadella, Burrata and Rapini Flatbread Sandwich $21
- Kale Salad with Caper Vinaigrette, Manchego, Bacon and Bread Crumbs $16
