Submit An Event

Get Your Event Noticed

At Visit The County, we maintain a year-round event calendar aimed at showcasing the best tourism events happening in Prince Edward County. Whether it’s a festival, concert, or a pop-up at a local business, we want to help promote your event and drive more visitors to our beautiful region.

If your event is taking place at a local business, we encourage the business itself to submit the event using their Whereabouts account. This ensures the event is accurately listed and can be leveraged by our marketing team and partners. By adding your event early, you also maximize the potential for further promotion through our partnerships with Destination Ontario, South Eastern Ontario (RTO9), and other key tourism organizations.

How To Submit Your Tourism Event

STEP ONE: Please log in/create an account in ‘Whereabouts’

STEP TWO: In Whereabouts, choose 'Events!' to watch the explainer video or click 'Create an Event.'

Should you have any questions about the onboarding process for events or encounter any difficulties accessing Whereabouts, please don't hesitate to reach out to whereabouts@tourism.tech or simply click the 'Contact Us' button in the Whereabouts portal.
