Starbase - Waterfront Home w Pickleball Court

Welcome to Starbase, a tranquil waterfront home situated on a 10-acre lot on the Bay of Quinte.

Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian O’Brian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023. This private 2000 sq ft home is spacious and ideally suited for gathering with family and friends.

We are licensed to host 6 adults + 3 children under the age of 10.

It boasts 10 acres of planted vines, a large outdoor seating area and some of the best Canadian wines you can find. With live music every weekend in the summer, wood-fired pizzas, and an on-site AirBnB, there's always something fun going on! Dogs are of course welcome to visit, just please keep them on leash at all times!
