• September 7: Foraging Walk + Herbal Medicine Workshop – and includes making tinctures, oil extracts, and salves.
• September 20 + 21: Autumn Equinox and your Inner Altar – the Inner and Outer Temple Retreat – Kambo, Journeying Inward and Releasing.
• September 27: Womb Season: Golden Time – Perimenopause and Menopause as Sacred Rites of Wisdom
• October 12: From Kitchen to Cosmos: Seasonal Cooking + Ancestral Detox
• October 19: Microdosing and Lymph Flow
• November 2: Preparing Your Body for Winter – Nourishment and Detoxification and Lymphatic Flow
• November 16: Microdosing & Lymph Flow

**All workshops conclude with a light meal focusing on what is seasonal, nourishing, delicious, and locally available.
**workshops will generally run from 10:30am till 4:30pm.
**Cost of a workshop s $175/person. And the Fall Equinox retreat is $550/person (this includes accommodation and meals.
