Wellington Heritage Museum is located in the heart of the village of Wellington. It was built in 1885 as a Quaker Meeting House and now features exhibits on local history, as well as a beautiful heritage garden, and work of contemporary sculpture by Philippe Pallafray.
The Friends of Wellington Heritage Museum are a small but mighty group of volunteers. After commissioning a heritage community garden in 2018 – a peaceful oasis at the rear of the Museum that features heritage and native perennials, and a sculpture by Quebec-based artist Philippe Pallafray – they continue to donate their time to revitalize this beautiful museum space.
