halfkanga

Picton

Product

Hello, thanks for being here!

I am a local mom of two, both of my boys have Canadian and Australian citizenship, their father being from down under. I made a joke about my oldest being a “halfkanga” when he was little, and there came the name of my business.

I have worked in many high end kitchens, getting my start as a teen in Kingston, ON. Then, I moved to Michelin rated, and two rosette restaurants in Oxford, England, from there to Toronto and now in Prince Edward County. Giving me over twenty years of culinary experience. halfkanga only uses premium ingredients and techniques. I have always had a passion for creating food, and for feeding people.

Being a part of special days such as birthdays, and weddings, is such an honour. Can’t wait to be a part of yours!
