Main floor: kitchen, inviting family room, 2 queen sized bedrooms and full bath. Lower level: bedroom with 2 double beds and a single futon bed, a half bath with toilet and sink, laundry and a children's play area. Outside enjoy the large deck which overlooks the fenced in play yard (with swing set, sandbox and playhouse), fire pit and large 1.5 acre property. Onsite parking for four vehicles and the use of two season passes to the Sandbanks are included with your rental.
