The Owens House is the ideal vacation home located in the heart of The County, in the residential town of Picton, overlooking the harbour. This charming heritage c. 1847 limestone home is only seconds away from the waterfront and a short walk to Main St. where there are boutiques, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, patios and craft breweries.

The Owens House is famous for its trapezoidal shape (8 of a kind) and has been renovated to preserve the history of the home while providing modern custom features. The Owens House combines centuries-old charm with modern comforts and designer details, featuring an eclectic mix of modern farmhouse, vintage and boho styles.

This vacation rental home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It is set on a beautifully landscaped 1/2-acre lot with lush gardens, interlocking stone patio, patio furniture, BBQ, 5 pp hot tub and chiminea fire pit. The front walkway leads to the street where you can cross to Picton Harbour (200 meters away) and can enjoy a stroll on the boardwalk, have a bite to eat, fish, dock your boat or charter one. We provide use of a tandem kayak / stand-up paddleboard as well as a canoe and pedal boat so you can get out on the water and enjoy Picton Bay!

Please note that the maximum occupancy of 6 is related to people aged 10 and older. Under the County's by-laws, we can also accommodate an additional 3 children (under the age of 10) for a maximum of 9 people.
