Body Matrix Movement Studio PEC

The Body Matrix is an exercise studio located in Picton, Ontario. Private, semi-private and small group sessions are offered in Pilates Mat, Pilates Reformer, Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis. With decades of experience and training, Vivian Nickels can tailor sessions to individual’s needs and goals. Vivian has experience with absolute beginners seeking to get back into the world of wellbeing to fitness enthusiasts looking for a challenging and safe way to enhance their routine and elite performers having worked with the Canadian Synchronized Swim Team, amongst others. Body Matrix PEC sessions can help people coming through an injury with gentle rehabilitation techniques, pregnant women needing attentive coaching and mature clients looking to loosen joints and prevent injury.

Vivian trained under Juliu Horvath, the founder of Gyrotonic and has undertaken training in Pilates, Movement Therapy, dance and yoga. She is a teacher trainer as well and has trained instructors in the Gyrotonic and Pilates methods. She loves Picton, the quality of life, the sense of community and is passionate about working with people on their wellness journey.
