Located in the heart of Wellington, Ideal Bike has a selection of rental bikes to suit your trip.
We’re open 7 days a week, 10-6, beginning in May. We have a selection of Electra Townie comfort bikes, Opus performance hybrid and Opus road bikes as well as an Electra tandem and Opus bike plus trailercycle available to rent. Just browse our real time bike selection on our website, select your dates, select the bikes you need and we’ll make it happen! You can also add a RovR Roller Cooler or a Burley Cub Child Trailer to your rental.
Please note Ideal Bike has made some adjustments to our 2022 rental procedures. These changes have been made to keep our Guests and Staff safe:
We are limiting group rentals to 10 people. We do have helmets for loan, but we do ask guests to bring their own if possible. All of our bikes are sanitized after each ride.
