Canadian Vinegar Cellars
Born out of a true love of fine wines and delicious food, Canadian County Vinegars has teamed up with Black Prince Winery to craft very special vinegars in Prince Edward County. After traveling the world sampling different wines and international cuisines, we made our way back home and brought the world with us – supporting Canadian Chefs in their quest to provide new and innovative ingredients to their culinary repertoire.
Our biggest challenge was finding the right, high-quality wines for the specialty vinegars we wanted to create. Hence, our partnership with Black Prince Winery – one of the very first County wineries – one with a truly cooperative spirit. We have taken great care in assembling our team of only the best winegrowers, a Cooper, an Alchemist and long-time support staff.

By The Manor“By the Manor” is our four-season, 80 year-old, light-filled home on the outskirts of Picton, 15 minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park. The house has been lovingly updated, maintaining nearly all the original oak & pine finishing and trim whilst adding modern conveniences.
