If These Walls Could Talk—Community Care Stories of The Royal

The Royal Hotel has stood at the heart of Picton since 1881. Long before its careful restoration, it was a place of white-gloved service, late-night conversations, celebrations, and everyday moments that shaped this community.

As part of Flashback February, The Royal is honoured to partner with Community Care for Seniors for an evening of shared memory and storytelling—gathered over dinner, just as stories often are.

From 6pm to 9pm on February 19, we invite guests to listen, reminisce, and reflect as members of our community share their personal memories of The Royal across the decades. No detail is too small. No story too brief. Together, they form the living history of this place.

An evening rooted in connection, community, and the stories that live on within these walls.

*To secure your table, please make a dining reservation between 5pm and 6pm | Story telling will begin shortly after 6pm. Reservations can be made via www.opentable.com.
