Open House: Ameliasburgh Collection Project

Ameliasburgh Heritage Village

History & heritage, Free

On Tuesday, August 12th, join us for a special Open House at Ameliasburgh Heritage Village!
Tucked away in the former 1868 Methodist Church, the Collections team has been working away to move, record, and rehouse several beloved artifacts from the Ameliasburgh Heritage Village Collection.
Thanks to funding from the Department of Canadian Heritage, this large undertaking is now in full motion - and you are invited to come see it live!
What interesting finds will the Collections Crew unpack?
This Open House runs from 1030am-1230pm. Chat history, Ameliasburgh, and 'all things' collections-related. Interested in volunteering in the future with this project? This is your chance to come and see what it is all about!
For more information, contact Marketing, Education and Volunteer Coordinator Cassandra at cwaldon@pecounty.on.ca
While this is a drop-in, free, event, we always appreciate the heads up if you intend on coming or if you have specific accessibility needs.
Ameliasburgh Heritage Village is located at 517 County Road 19, Ameliasburgh, ON.
