Robert Keyes

After his relocation to PEC from White Stone, VA. in 2013, fingerstyle guitarist Robert Keyes immediately grabbed some attention. His instrumental style and eclectic, no holds barred approach to music, was like a breath of fresh air to the already vibrant music scene here.
With the ability to weave from one style of playing to another on the fly, his playing puts him in a class of his own. Simply put, his music appeals to a very broad audience.
Weaving from classical to country to contemporary and with many stops in between, he covers all the bases.
Not only a soloist, in the U.S., Robert has backed luminary artists such as Lyle Lovett and Sir John McVie. Here in Canada, among others, he has performed with Guido Basso, Hagood Hardy and Holly Cole.
