Spring Women's Soul Camp (One Day Retreat At Hayes Inn)

This full day experience is meant to nourish mind+body, soothe the nervous system & realign towards our true expression of joy & vitality. Come EXACTLY as you are to BE & receive.

Starting w/ a light breakfast and welcome circle, we'll move into an immersive Sound Experience to drop fully into our bodies with Alicia. Hayes Inn will fuel us with a delicious lunch. Midday you'll be guided through creating an expressive/intuitive mixed media abstract painting with Angela and we'll end our day settling into a supportive restorative practice with thoughtful hands-on touch with Julie.
