DESCRIPTION:
Learn to draw in a casual learning environment for all skills levels. Instructor Andrew Csafordi is a professional artist/illustrator with experience educating and supporting students. He will offer technical knowledge, encouragement and valuable techniques to help make your drawing ability more easy and relaxing.

In this workshop, you’ll do hands-on sketching with critical feedback. Andrew will teach you the step-by-step flow to sketching and liberate your drawing hand so that you can draw more freely and develop your ideas and imagination. No experience is necessary. ​Relax and be inspired while painting in a beautiful environment in the tranquil countryside. ​All Workshops take place in the ANDARA studio.

In this workshop, you will learn to:
Transform your doodles from sketch to art.
“If you can doodle, you can draw.”
Draw objects and turn them into characters
Draw in perspective in a simple and fast way
Take your ideas and sketch them

Choose from a variety of subjects:
Dragons (realistic and also playful), Cartoons, Characters, Toys etc.
Birdhouses, Still life settings, Landscapes – trees etc.
Cars and other vehicles, Buildings, Animals
Graffiti-style lettering, 3D Shading, Perspective, one point and two point vanishing points, Crosshatching tonal, Preliminary Figurative Drawing ...


TIMES:
A two-hour Drawing Workshop is available SUNDAYS (1-3 PM). We require a minimum of 2 persons for a workshop to occur. If you have a group of 2-6 persons, please contact us to discuss your preferred date and time..

COST:
$75 per person + $9.75 HST = $84.75 CDN.
A minimum of 2 persons is required in order for the workshop to proceed. A maximum 6 persons can participate. Fee is due in full upon registration. E-transfer is preferred. We also accept Visa & Mastercard. Teens ages 13+ must be accompanied by an adult. Both teen and accompanying adult must pay the full fee.

MATERIALS:
All materials included. Each person will receive their own sketchbook to keep + a 2B Pencil, Black pen, eraser, work & info sheets, and “Things to practice at Home” sheets.
