A taste of Vietnam with Saigon Wellington

Maybe you had a chance to sample some Saigon Wellington gourmet at the farmer's market this summer...if not, like us, you likely miss having their resto in the Village. To help with our craving, we contacted them to see if they'd be willing to do a little foodie pop-up with us. Lucky they said yes!
