Saturday July 13 11-2 - Bring your own materials for this workshop!
Loosen up and absorb the shapes and “Moods of the County” landscape with Pamela Mayhew, award winning Canadian artist and professional arts instructor.
In this Plein Air Abstraction workshop we will be spending time in the landscape at Chetwyn Farms. Pamela will help you to see shape, form, colour and light within the landscape. Wearing a lens of compositional observation she will then guide you in abstracting the landscapes that lays before. A chance to paint with coaching and advice as/when needed!
Saturday August10 10-3 Kit provided includes: oil paints and 8” x 10” boards , brushes, solvent, oil medium
This experience is perfect for anyone who wants to dabble with brush and paints with Pam mentoring/coaching. All materials provided in this 5 hour mini-workshop!
*Note: These mini workshops are limited to age 16+ and size of group is strictly capped at 8 students.
There is no refund or reduction in the fee for missed classes or cancellations.

Please dress for the weather, if it’s raining we will move into the century bank-barn on the farm. Please also bring your own snacks and beverages for personal enjoyment during the mini workshop!
