Blizzmax Art Gallery Studio is the creative hub of artists Alice and Peter Mennacher, showcasing contemporary art for over 25 years.

Set on a historic former WWII air training base in Picton, Base31 is one of Prince Edward County’s most distinctive cultural destinations. Across the site, visitors can explore live music, exhibitions, food and drink, family programming, and seasonal events within a uniquely reimagined landscape.

Shatterbox Theatre is a Prince Edward County–based company dedicated to bold, intimate storytelling and community connection. Florence Chik-Lau is a multi-disciplinary artist. She is an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists. She creates captivating ceramic animal sculptures and nature inspired, lyrical paintings in acrylic. She has exhibited and sold her award winning animal sculptures and atmospheric paintings in many prestigious galleries and juried art shows. Studio opens by appointment only.

Author reading series, an afternoon of five-minutes stories read by published and emerging authors from the County and further afield. Previous writers include Shani Mootoo, Zoe Whittall, Sarah Henstra, Heidi Reimer, and Sarah Selecky. Three times a year - summer months in the converted barn gallery space of BlizzMax Gallery, late fall in Picton Library main branch. A literary gem in The County.
