Art of Charcuterie at Closson Chase

Join us at Closson Chase for an afternoon of creativity, wine, and beautifully crafted bites set against the backdrop of our South Clos vineyard. Our Art of Charcuterie Experience is hosted in collaboration with Susan McGuire of Bark Woodshop, our neighbour here on Closson Road, bringing her expertise in charcuterie styling to the winery. You’ll learn the art of composition and flavour while creating your own board using locally sourced ingredients, all paired with Closson Chase wines in a relaxed, vineyard setting.

As part of the experience, you’ll design your board on a handcrafted Bark Woodshop piece, which is yours to take home and enjoy long after the day is done.
