The Philosophy: Aurum Brewing maintains a deep respect for slow, patient, and highly technical brewing methodologies. They intentionally avoid fast-tracked modern trends to focus heavily on decoction mashing—a traditional, labor-intensive mashing technique favored in Germany and the Czech Republic that coaxes deep, rich, complex malt profiles out of the grain without adding cloying sweetness.
The Taproom: A beautifully designed, bright, and airy indoor space where patrons can look directly into the production facility.
The Orchard Biergarten: One of Aurum's signature features is its expansive outdoor beer garden, which is nestled directly within a mature apple orchard. It offers a rustic, relaxed, and family-friendly rural escape where you can drink pints directly under the trees.
Dog-Friendly Policy: Aurum is proudly dog-friendly. Visitors are encouraged to bring their leashed dogs along to enjoy the open outdoor spaces.
