Led by SashaMama (trained in Mayan cacao tradition through Maestro Manuel Rufino) and supported by Pascaline’s 30+ years of naturopathic and culinary wisdom. This workshop weaves together heart medicine, breath, gentle bodywork and liver detox to awaken your inner waters and restore emotional, physical, and energetic flow.
