As stewards of the earth, we welcome you to the ancient wisdoms of Mother Earth and Father Sky with joyful reverence on the enchanting lands of Harmony PEC Retreat.

We invite you to remeber and honour why you came, to echo the knowing , "all that we need can be found within each one of us" We celebrate how to be, wild & free, with the wisdom we see, hear and feel, in the tree leaves, birdsong, on the earth benath our barefeet, the air with which we breathe.

We will weave the sacred medicines of cacao, contrast therapy, ceremonial fire,ecstatic dance, breathwork,yoga, song, meditation and earth crafting.

Come step yor feet on the earth, lean into the wisdom of fire, dip your soul into the cleansing calls of the waters, carry forward the wisdom you were born to beam in your daily life with love, joy and reverence.

This day includes a farm to table plant based chef prepared meal.
