FREE BREATHWORK - Wellington Community Market

Come join us at the Wellington Community Market, Saturday July 11th. We'll set up on the grass, in the shade, overlooking beautiful lake Ontario. The breathwork session will be a relaxed drop-in experience from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Anyone is welcome to drop in. note - If you have a yoga mat, you're welcome to bring one, but it’s absolutely not necessary. 

It’s a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself in nature and at learn a way to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve focus, and leave you feeling more grounded and refreshed.

The Wellington Community Market is a not-for profit-market operating at the Wellington United Church parking lot in Wellington, Prince Edward County. This Saturday market features a wide variety of food and artisan products. All profits from this market are donated to charitable organizations and food programs in our community. 2026 Market Season: May 16 (May Long Weekend) – October 17 (a.k.a Pumpkinfest).
