Join us for a day of discovering the elements of Fire & Water.
The day will begin by the fire with breath and cacao to open our hearts.
You will be lead through a flame painting jewelry workshop using the element of Fire and take home a beautiful bracelet or charm.
Enjoy a farm to table plant based lunch created by Chef Chris.
In the afternoon you will take part in a Water workshop learning all about the types of water and water memory in your body. This will include a session based on Veda Austins technique of Crystallography, freezing a thought/image in water.
The day will close with a forest walk to our waterfront .
