Join us for a fun and creative 3-hour handbuilding pottery workshop where you’ll design and create your very own Berry Strainer! This one-time class is perfect for beginners — no experience needed.

You’ll be guided through foundational handbuilding techniques to shape and personalize your berry strainer, adding your own unique details along the way. There will be time to add details to your items! However, if you’d like to create something super detailed, we do recommend coming back once your item has been bisque fired to paint your piece — at no extra cost! Once complete, your piece will be professionally glazed in a food-safe finish and ready for pickup within approximately 4 weeks. We do offer shipping if you are from out of town. 

What to Expect:

• A hands-on, beginner-friendly clay experience

• A little mess (it’s part of the fun!) — all materials wash out easily with water or in the laundry

• The final 20 minutes of the class will be dedicated to clean-up

What to Bring:

• An apron

• A hand towel

• Sketch Book 

• Short, trimmed nails are recommended for working with clay (we’re happy to offer workarounds if needed!)

You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the workshop.
