The Bay of Quinte Adventure Cycling Club provides route inspiration for everyone from fair-weather family cyclists to the folks in pursuit of the #roughstuff. We are open to everyone, but we recommend you tread carefully if you attempt any of our routes with <35mm tires under you. Discover the beauty of gravel with us!

You can trust that our route-makers take traffic, road surfaces, cyclists’ needs and seasonal changes into consideration when creating and rating Bay of Quinte bike routes. What’s more: we’re determined to help you make a day (or a weekend!) out of your ride plans, so we’ve included more information about the region wherever possible.

We’re locals who grew up riding the Bay of Quinte’s backroads and we’re excited to share them with you. We’ve started with our home terrain, but if you follow along, you’ll be sure to see inspiration from further afield, as well. Grab some friends, pump up your tires and get out there!

The only ongoing artists-in-residence initiative in Prince Edward County. Alchemy is an artist-led initiative that connects art, food, farming, and community. We invite artists to create new or ongoing work inspired by local landscapes and people, foster collaboration through shared meals and public engagement, and document the stories that emerge. Alchemy bridges rural and urban settings, cultivates collaboration, encourages place-based inquiry and fosters community engagement. Since 2015 we have welcomed more than 100 artists to Alchemy.

Other things to note: The owners are onsite in a separate area and will be very respectful of your privacy. Please note that we are on a well so we ask that you try to conserve water when possible during your stay. Overuse will set off the septic pump.

Vic Social in Picton, Ontario is a lively restaurant and cocktail lounge with a dance floor, DJ spinning 80s and 90s tunes on weekends, upscale diner food, cocktails, local wines & beers, and various entertainment options. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.

Merland Park offers World Class Walleye Fishing Guided Charters on Bay of Quinte available May – December Your guide, Kevin Lavers, is an experienced Walleye fishing guide who has been fishing the Bay for more than 20 years.

Massassauga Point Conservation Area offers 1,200 meters of shoreline, sandy and cobble beaches, picnicking, hiking, skiing, rare ecosystems, and historical sites. Accessible via Massassauga Road.
