We are a working alpaca farm focused on learning and social farming. What on earth is social farming? Social farming is the art of sharing and teaching about the farm for the benefit of both our animals (the stars of the show) AND our guests (also very special, bonus points if you have fluffy ears).

British-born sommelier Freddie Rae came to Prince Edward County after working as a sommelier in Manchester and Toronto. He spent five vintages at Norman Hardie, rising to Assistant Winemaker. He now makes wine under his own County-based label, Skimming Bird, which will soon be on local restaurant menus. He also hosts intimate pairing dinners with chef Enid Grace, each one built around a different wine region, with a matched wine and a story for every course.
