You can walk out safely for 250 feet. Bay Dream offers 38 feet of windows in the huge family room and over 18 feet of windows in the kitchen, all with spectacular water views of Smith's Bay! From the kitchen window of Dream Cove you can see the water of Prince Edward Bay. They both feel like living outdoors. Bay Dream has a 720 sq. ft. deck. It offers a ramp for wheelchair access, wide doorways, high beds, and access to front deck through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Dream Cove boasts its own private sandy beach with full view of Smith’s Bay for your exclusive enjoyment.
Bay Dream has 5 bedrooms, and Beach Cove has 3 bedrooms. Upon special arrangements, we can make 8 bedrooms available between the 2 properties (only 7 houses apart). All waterfront! Beach Cove has a private beach, has a water deck overhanging the beach, and a platform on the beach.
