Welcome to Bed & Berries on the Lake, a charming waterfront cottage retreat nestled on two acres along the shores of Lake Ontario in Waupoos, Prince Edward County.
With a three-bedroom Lakehouse and four unique cottages, Bed & Berries offers the best of both worlds: space to gather, and space to retreat. Book an individual cottage for a cozy lakeside escape, or reserve the entire property for up to 20 guests, with 10 king beds spread across five separate accommodations.

Wake up to sparkling water views, sip your morning coffee on the dock, spend the afternoon kayaking or canoeing, and wind down with a BBQ and stories around the firepit.
Our waterfront property features private decks and porches, outdoor dining areas, a spacious lakefront sunroom, and a professional-grade kitchen for group gatherings. We're also dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join the adventure.

Located in the peaceful countryside of Waupoos, we're just minutes from local wineries, cideries, orchards, farm stands, and restaurants. Downtown Picton is approximately 15 minutes away, and Sandbanks Provincial Park is about a 30-minute drive.
Spend your days exploring everything The County has to offer, or simply stay put and enjoy the lake.

Bed & Berries is a longtime dream brought to life by hosts Anna and Adam, two world travellers passionate about thoughtful hospitality, nature, and creating spaces where people can slow down and connect.
We're also slowly developing a permaculture-inspired food forest, bringing our love of gardening and sustainable living into the property.
