Arts Trail Feature: Meet the Artists Behind the Work

Arts Trail Feature: Meet the Artists Behind the Work

More than a gallery, ANDARA Gallery invites visitors into the creative process itself. As part of Prince Edward County’s Arts Trail, guests can meet award-winning artists Andrew Csafordi and Tara Wilkinson, explore two floors of contemporary art, and even take part in hands-on encaustic painting and drawing workshops through ANDARA Studio. The experience is welcoming, conversational, and deeply personal — proving that art doesn’t have to feel intimidating to be meaningful.

We acknowledge that Prince Edward County rests within the ancestral lands and waters stewarded by the Michi Saagiig Nishnaabeg (Mississauga), Huron Wendat, and Haudenosaunee. This is a place shaped by their presence, languages, and care since time immemorial. To acknowledge this land is to recognize our responsibility to live as good relatives with each other, with the earth, and with the generations yet to come.
