Amelia’s Garden Dining Room offers refined country cuisine that celebrates the bounty of Prince Edward County. Our culinary team works with seasonal ingredients from local farmers, market gardens and local suppliers, with vegetables and herbs grown in our own gardens whenever possible. When ingredients are not available locally, we look to Ontario farms and producers, and further afield in Canada.
Waring House is proud to be Feast On® Certified, meeting the program’s standards for local food and beverage sourcing. Our commitment to local food is an important part of our approach to sustainability and was recognized with the 2025 Prince Edward County Business Excellence Award for Excellence in Sustainable Practices.
Executive Chef David Correa and the culinary team bring these ingredients together in creative dishes that showcase the flavours of the region. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner in a warm, welcoming dining room overlooking the gardens.
