Sourdough Bakery - come in and get warm!
Now located just off of Main Street Picton, The Elmbrook Farm is passionate about growing organic nutritious and vibrant microgreens and fostering our busy bees to produce estate run raw unfiltered honey. The on-site sourdough bakery produces organic sourdough bread, baguettes, croissants, butter tarts and bagels – and like the microgreens – have become a favourite throughout the County. Sourdough baking classes are held at the bakery for up to 8 people for a fun afternoon or evening. You may see The Elmbrook Farm products used by chefs in local restaurants. The products can also be purchased from other local cafe’s and markets throughout the County.
