Every beer tells a story. Gaining inspiration from the rich County history and culture, our family-owned and operated farm brewery encompasses three 150-year-old heritage lumber buildings that were disassembled, moved and re-purposed as our brewery, bottle shop, and taproom. Opening its doors in October 2016 Parsons brews are enjoyed throughout The County in restaurants and pubs. Our expansive beer garden, featuring alfresco dining with authentic cuisine, an unstructured playground for your little ones, and a fledgling hop yard offers a laid-back communal environment. It doesn’t get better than this.
