Sound Sanctuary returns to the gorgeous and acoustically rich space at St. Andrew’s Picton pre Solstice edition and celebration on December 20th from 6-830pm.
Come exactly as you are for a deeply relaxing & intuitively guided 2.5 hour Gong/Sound meditation ceremony & frequency experience. Includes a gentle warmup utilizing seated movement and breath, and a closing mantra meditation. For all bodies and can be experienced on a yoga mat or chair.
Come get cozy by candlelight and connect with light refreshments and a chance to explore the instruments afterwards too!
