The Traveleers

The Traveleers are a folk duo comprised of Napanee singer-songwriter and rhythm guitarist Stephen Bruce Medd; and lead guitarist and backup vocalist, Jon McLurg of Kingston. Come travel through space & time, place & mind with The Traveleers who will be performing a mix of original and traditional ballads about love and war, adventure and survival stories that take place in the Quinte-Kingston and Upstate New York regions. The repertoire of songs are influenced by Canadian balladeers like Gordon Lightfoot and Stan Rogers.

This concert event supports the museum's launch of Wellington Remembers, a partnership exhibit with the Wellington Community Association that highlights the stories of veterans from Wellington and Hillier, alongside items loaned by their families and pieces from the museums' collection that represent life on the front and here at home.
