The Sunday Spread with Chef Corinna Mozo
A Montreal native classically trained in the art of French gastronomy, Chef Corinna Mozo’s heart is in French Country Cuisine. She has been at the helm of two French Bistros, TRUC (Boston), and DELUX (Toronto), where she hired and mentored Stella’s very own Chef Leah Marshall Hannon as a young chef.
A special reunion of the Chefs after more than a decade, this Sunday Spread will be informed by Corinna’s roots in French Cuisine. The menu is a celebration of humble ingredients, locally-sourced and seasonally appropriate.
We look forward to some exploring the flavours of Alsace along with some classic Alsatian wine pairings, crisp beers, and delicious ciders.
