On The Commissary Stage All TWO-DAY PASS holders can enjoy an enhanced festival experience in the late afternoon with priority access to THE COMMISSARY STAGE performances on a first-come, first-served basis. THE COMMISSARY is Base31’s vibrant open-air food + drink market with a capacity of 500 people.
