We invite you to join us on Thursday, June 20th, at our beautiful Picton studio located in The Armoury for a special evening filled with rejuvenation, community, and celebration as we honour the longest day of the year. 5:15 PM 108 Sun Salutations Kick off the evening with a transformative practice of 108 Sun Salutations. 7:00 PM Sound Bath with Ancient Echoes Sound Therapy Following the Sun Salutations, sink into a deeply relaxing sound bath led by Ancient Echoes Sound Therapy.
