This workshop incorporates a walking tour with Tamara of Hawthorn Herbals – and also includes the making of tinctures, oil extracts and salves. 🌿 There will be several hours of forest and field walks to identify and forage herbs (dress appropriately) The collected herbs will be brought back to the clinic where we’ll discuss and then demonstrate various ways of extraction, storage and application. We will end the day with a light meal that also incorporates some of these plants.
