Rhone Valley Wine Dinner with Enid Grace - Saturday 19th September

Spend an evening with Freddie Rae and Enid Grace as we descend the Rhône Valley — a region shaped by granite peaks and river-swept stones, by ancient grape varieties, and by a winemaking tradition that reaches back to the very beginnings of French wine. From the vertiginous northern slopes to the sun-baked southern plains, one river, two worlds, six wines.

Led by former sommelier and winemaker Freddie Rae, the night will unfold as a flowing narrative — weaving together the granite geology of the north, the story of syrah climbing impossible slopes, and the transition south where grenache takes over and the terroir broadens into galets roulés. Expect insight without pretension, and a sense of discovery that carries from one bank to the other.

Alongside this, Enid will bring a series of exquisite, regionally inspired dishes — each one composed to echo and elevate what's in the glass. Think wild game, aged wines matured over decades, truffle-touched preparations, and the profound flavours that only age and stone can build.
