PEC Wine & Food Society Presents: Canada — A Countylicious Dinner Join us on October 28th at 6:30 PM for a special PEC Wine & Food Society dinner celebrating Canadian wines and the seasonal flavours of Prince Edward County. As part of Countylicious, enjoy a curated four-course Countylicious menu prepared by Chef Jessie Insley, thoughtfully paired with Canadian wines selected by Sommelier Laura Penberthy. Discover the flavours of the season through a culinary experience that celebrates local ingredients, regional cuisine, and the diversity of Canada's wine regions. Welcome wine connoisseurs and enthusiastic amateurs alike. On the last Wednesday of each month, Waring House transforms into a culinary embassy, exploring a different theme through exceptional food and wine. Tickets: $80 per person, plus HST and gratuity, payable at the end of the evening. Your ticket includes the four-course menu and sommelier-guided wine pours. Reservations required.
